Well i have just gotten back from my 8 week weigh in with Sure Slim. I have lost a total of 17.05 kgs so far and have lost 6cm from my chest, 13cm from my waist and 9cm from my hips. I am very happy, hopefully it keeps coming off!!! :D

That's a huge loss, Rachel. Good on you! How are you feeling on the diet? Is it easy to stick to?

Yes its quite easy to stick to. I am use to it now and its just a part of the routine. I sometimes crave things that i never even ate before i started to do this so thats quite amusing lol

Well its been a while since i posted on here. I have been doing the sure slim programme for 14 weeks now and have lost a total of 25.5kgs and 37cm's all up,. I am very happy with the results and my fitness has increased so much. I enjoy exercise now and my eating plan comes second nature to me know. I cant wait too see just how far i can go with this!!

I have a trip to Thailand in October so that is my goal!!!!

Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs
