Ok Time to get serious......

Postby ***absolute_zero*** » Mon Feb 18, 2008 3:26 pm

Ok here goes hopefully this time I won't fall off the bandwagon.

This time Im starting at 68.5kg *approx* as my weight is every where and never stays around the same, Im just going off my last weigh in. My mini goal is
65kg :) Im going to use this topic for my progress and also for all the BAD things I do ( snacking )................... :(

Ok so for today I have eaten ok, had a good breakfast and a very yummy salad for lunch. Dinner is going to be spaghetti.
I have walked 5.22 km's today walking home from the kids school. And have gone over 10,000 steps. I can't exercise to much
because my broken toes but walking is ok. Will do something else later.

:)

Congrats on your loss so far, you are going great, and goodluck with your mini challenge...but with the amount of exercise you do, I don't think you'll need it

Im having tae bo and boot camp withdrawals at the moment. So I did Tae Bo Focus on Abs and Glutes no kicking or push ups so my toes didn't get hurt again :)

Great work on exercising with a broken toe!!! I know what you mean about having exercise withdrawals, I find that even going a day without exercise is quite hard for me.
Don't stress about the chips and good on you for getting out there to walk in the rain, you'll work them off in no time.
Looking forward to reading about your journey.

You're doing great with your exercise. Out of curiosity what weight dumbbells are you using?

Very light one kg hand weights Im due to go to 2 kg though as 1kg is getting easy, but I do use them aerobically not for pumping if you get what I mean LOL. Normally I use my resistance band but it hurts my broken toe :(

Also 2 hours walking...

Bad bad day eating

Snack 2 eggs, one piece of wholemeal bread and two cruskits with philadelphia extra light cheese. :( opps and a tablespoon of nutella

Lunch was subway

And dinner was McDonald's tick meal number 2.. :(

3L water

Great attitude :) You're doing really well. I love walking or running in the rain, well a gentle rain is OK, not a downpour or monsoon :P
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
