Thanks Tam I really appreciate you dropping by :)

OK my eating has been terrible today, I ate 3 coconut drops and 2 jam drops on top of

Breakfast

1 slice multi grain bread with canola extra light marg
Tea

Lunch

White bread roll with tuna and salad.
Tea

Dinner

Salad and tuna Im having a Tuna craving day LOL Trying to get my protein up Ive ran out of protein shakes :( Im surprised that my body actually is craving protein as an energy source instead of carbs, LOL though I guess I gorged on Carbs today as well :(

A couple of cups of diet coke during the day.

This morning at work I had a trail ride and lesson to take out but we didn't have any spare horses its been very wet up here and some of the horses have sore hooves :( So I walked/ran and jogged 7km LOL nice work out I really enjoyed it :) My toes got a little sore but much better than before.
55 minutes Billy's bootcamp
30 minutes exercise bike
15 minutes rowing machine.
Rode my push bike for a 1km then realised my tyre was going flat :(

Im so sick of weighing myself only to find a different weight every time It can be a 3 kg difference drives me totally insane. I would just like to know my correct weight so I can tell if I have lost anything, its so frustrating. It all started last year when I hit a plateau I just couldn't get below 68 kgs so I decided to give up on being so strict just to confuse my body a bit and it was Christmas but since then I haven't been able to keep the same weight it changes all the time. Im making sure Im drinking at least 3 L of water a day. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions would love to know how to get over this Thankies in advance :)

Glad your toe is feeling a bit better and you're getting through the bootcamp DVDs.

In regards to the plateau - EvilWombatQueen recently posted an article somewhere about breaking through a weightloss plateau... and here it is!

Hope this helps.

All the best! :)

Like every one says Tam you are doing a FANTASTIC job, you work your ass off with exercise, to the point i think some of us (well i KNOw I do) sweat just thinking about, you have managed to keep going with a toe in the condition it is in and still did not give up.

I have no idea about the weight flatuations so hopefully someone can help you there but keep at it and be strong you will get there.

And congrats on fitting in size 10 WOOT WOOT!!

It sounds like you're retaining water to cause such big weight variations. Drinking lots of water is a great idea, which is what you're doing already. Maybe you need to check how much sodium (salt) you're consuming each day? Some foods are absolutely packed full of it so that could be influencing how much water your body is holding onto. Or could it be the heat? I know that if the temperature goes over 30 degrees celsius I become a great big water balloon. And weight will always fluctuate madly around TTOTM.

Good luck. I know how frustrating it is when the scales aren't reflecting all your effort! Do you also record your body measurements? Sometimes you'll find that even though the scales aren't showing any loss you'll be losing centimetres according to the tape measure.

Good luck!

Thanks for the link Milkyway :) And thankyou for the lovely comments everyone :)

Well jumped on the scales this morning and they read the same, which made me sad but on the other hand at least they read the same
Used the tape measure and had a 2 cm loss around my waist yahoooooo :) Other parts were the same so at least nothing has gone up this week.
Had an okish weekend did eat some choccy though.

Breakfast

Nestle Diet Yogurt passion fruit two tubs
Gloria jeans decaf skinny small cappuccino

Lunch

very vegetable soup
two slices of multigrain bread
glass of decaf diet coke.

Dinner

Roast chicken
peas

Hey Thanks for dropping by :) I live in tropical queensland so temps are close or above 30c's most days at this time of the year so you may be right about the water retention because of heat thanks for letting me know about that. Sodium levels are *normally* pretty good though I know some days they are bad so I will most certainly keep an eye on the salt from now on.
I know Im toning up Hubby tells me so hehehe and so do my clothes, the tape measure shows losses sometimes.

Im so glad you guys are all here on the forum, I would of given up if it wasn't for all of you :)
