You're doing an incredible amount of cardio exercise. Good on you! Have you considered doing some resistance or weight work to help build muscle?

Hey :)

I find Bootcamp plenty enough weight and toning for me right now :) Might do more once I shed some more kg's. Hubby commented on how much my muscles have grown the other night so I guess its working. I do use resistance bands or hand and ankle weights during tae bo and bootcamp. :)

Cheers

Ok Eating was ok today though I did have a couple of lamingtons which my Mum bought over

Breakfast
Warm Cornflakes with banana
Tea

Lunch
chicken , egg and salad multi-grain sandwich
peach

Dinner
Steak, with potato and peas

Snacks
3 cups of tea
2 cups of coffee
2 lamingtons :(
OT vanilla Bar

TOOOOOOO Much tea and coffee though I always drink decaf or my heart goes into over time and I feel all stressed. I love OT Bars too shouldn't of had it though kinda didn't really feel hungry I think Im eating more at the moment because I feel like hell with hayfever or a head cold of some type Im sick of sneezing and sniffling, but I do find working out helps to stop my nose from blocking up.
Im getting nervous about weigh in on Monday, I haven't been very good with my eating :( But if its all messed up again I guess I *SHOULD* learn from it and stop eating so much crap!

Exercise

5 km walk
30 minutes Ab Bootcamp
30 minutes Get ripped Tae Bo
45 minutes Tae Bo Cardio

Total food 1659 cals
Total Exercise 1560 cals

Cheers :)

Doing great, Tam. You've lost almost 10kg! Wow - fantastic. And that's awesome you've lost 2cm around your waist. That means so much more than what the stooopid scales say. Keep it up - the exercise you're doing is amazing. Are you enjoying it? I guess you are otherwise you wouldn't be doing it so much :) Hope you have a great weekend.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Thanks Kristal and Sandra :)

Sandra I love exercising I think I may be a bit addicted to it, but in a healthy way LOL :)

Today was my rest day so just one hour of horse riding at work.

My eating was great today I just didn't feel all that hungry I think its because I didn't really do anything different today

Breakfast

cornflakes with banana and a cup of tea

Lunch
Hotdog roll with leg ham and salad, a passionfruit and a cup of tea

Dinner

Hotdog roll with leg ham and salad, two lady finger bananas and two cups of tea.

Snack

two spiky cucumbers with a little salt.
20 grams of Jila Peppermint gum

water was slack 1.5 litres

So my daily total cals were only 872 but I just haven't felt like eating, and the exercise cals from the ride were only 293 cals burnt.

Hugs

Eating Cals today were 1351 Eating wasn't great but it worked out ok, had far to much sodium again though :(

Exercise Cals today were 1252 had a busy day at work this morning an hour getting the horses ready for a trail ride and 2 hours riding though it was longer just can't remember how much longer ,the people wanted to stop and have something to eat and a billy tea LOL in the pouring rain so walked around a bit organising horses and people, was a pretty tiring morning really and cold brrrrrr yes it gets cold in far north queensland :) And tonight I did basic boot camp with my hubby I wore my 1 kg hand weights and ankle weights though for some of it I used the two kg ones, my arms were killing me because the horse I rode this morning has just come back into work and was being utter s**t  so yep that was my day.

Weigh in tomorrow OH Im worrying but as long as I haven't gained it should be all ok! And I can feel how much stronger I am now LOL lifting horse feed bags today was a breeze :) And my Hubby said it was impressive to see me do my ab work tonight so that gave me a huge bzzzzzzz especially since I have had the kids even though my youngest is now 5 I haven't had a strong stomach I just never had time my three sons were fairly close together so I never really had a lot of time to get back into shape and truly after I had my first bub my daughter I was pretty slack and worried more about getting back into my riding rather than worrying about my abs! It was an enormous mistake you really need to take care of the tummy area after having kids! Sorry for the rambling!

Good luck for weigh in tomorrow! Not that you'll need it, your cals are great and your exercise regime is insane! Makes me feel pretty lazy  heheheh

Can't wait to see your hard work being rewarded on those scales tomorrow!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Another 1 cm off my waist and another off my hips :) Chest and thighs are the same :)
