Sandra I love exercising I think I may be a bit addicted to it, but in a healthy way LOL
Today was my rest day so just one hour of horse riding at work.
My eating was great today I just didn't feel all that hungry I think its because I didn't really do anything different today

So my daily total cals were only 872 but I just haven't felt like eating, and the exercise cals from the ride were only 293 cals burnt.
