But today is another day time to get off my butt and do something! Not sure what yet Had 170mm last night and its still raining doesn't look like it will stop today so Im not going for my walk today LOL was bad enough getting the kids on the bus this morning!

Anyways Thanks again :)

Congrats on hitting the 10kg mark!!!

And I'm sure your 500g loss this week will build into much more next week as you build up those muscles and they burn more and more fat off you!
Cheers,
Kate

Thanks Kristal your such a sweety :)

Katerina I just really enjoy exercising and since I gave up smoking last year I have made it my number one priority to get fit and be a healthy mummy, weight loss isn't really my biggest concern although Im overweight and do need to loose quite a bit :) So I guess Im being a little selfish ATM spending a lot of my time doing the exercise but I hope in the long term I will be around to see my 4 bubs grow up! Finding time to do it is hard I normally do most of it at night once the kids are settled though now that they are all at school I do get a bit of spare time during the day. ! Thanks for dropping by :) Hope your having a fab day!

Hugs

This week has been a total write off for me, Ive been so busy with the kids and school. Managed a 3km walk yesterday and was going to ride my bike and do my ab work out when my horse decided it was a good idea to come home from his paddock grrrrr so he has broken the fence and I was out last night with the mozzies trying to fix it! Got to go to work this morning won't be able to get a decent ride in though seems as its been very wet all week :(

Anyways better get going to work
hugs

Sorry to hear you've been having a bad week for exercise. Hopefully next week nothing will get in the way of your bike-riding and horse-riding!

Hey Tam,

I've had a bad week too, not because of busy kids/school stuff like yours though! Just coz im lazy and stressed and have no self control :(. Hope you got the fence fixed and get to go for a ride soon!

Sorry to hear you have had a bad week too :(

Well it was weigh in this morning, as I thought no loss so still the same I truly wasn't upset about it as I didn't deserve a loss probably should of gained instead.

I did end up riding on the weekend one hour on Saturday and 3 hours on sunday though I didn't get to ride my horse so it wasn't so bad after all, also got the fence fixed :) Horse hopefully will stay all safe in his paddock.

Exercised this morning

5km walk
55 minutes ultimate bootcamp.

Hugs

Ok so weigh in day today :) Im happy 67 kgs , tape measure was kind also :) Ive have been pretty slack with my exercise for the last three days trying to get over a knee injury So I was happy to see that I did have a loss this week. Maybe my body really needed to have the break.

Went for a 5.83km walk this morning m knee was OK as long as I don't completely straighten it :)

Cheers
