Hey :) I thought I would just post that I have a few days of annual leave this week and I have decided to use this opportunity to start going to gym again!
I stopped going about 9 months ago because I changed jobs and found it a lot more difficult to get to gym after work, and I was tired at the end of the day, etc..

But I am not going to make excuses anymore! I did 40 minutes of cardio this morning and I feel great already.

I plan to go every day the rest of the week and do the same. I know that if I go to the gym and do at least half an hour a day - 4-5 times a week the weight will practically fall off me! :lol:

My boyfriend Rohan has agreed to come for walks and jogs with me on occasion aswell. :roll:

Things are looking up! :D

Good on you Brookey! It's great that you've at least got your boyfriend on board to go on the occasional walk or jog. I'm sure once he sees how much you enjoy going to the gym he'll sign on for that as well. Good luck and let us know how you get on!
