I thought I would just post that I have a few days of annual leave this week and I have decided to use this opportunity to start going to gym again!
I stopped going about 9 months ago because I changed jobs and found it a lot more difficult to get to gym after work, and I was tired at the end of the day, etc.. But I am not going to make excuses anymore!
I did 40 minutes of cardio this morning and I feel great already.
I plan to go every day the rest of the week and do the same. I know that if I go to the gym and do at least half an hour a day - 4-5 times a week the weight will practically fall off me!
My boyfriend Rohan has agreed to come for walks and jogs with me on occasion aswell.
Things are looking up!
