Havent had much success this week
Weighed in at 88.0 again this week so thats a loss of 0 so i was a little
dissappointed with that but at least it wasnt a gain i suppose,
Gotta be happy with that
I bought myself a new top on ebay to wear to a party were holding in a couple of weeks when my friends come home from
uni so ill be all pumped up to wear that, its a corset so im gonna look SEXAY
I went out last weekend with tam and chris wearing a top i bought 4 years ago but never wore and the barman called me good looking
ohhhhh yeah, nevermind the fact he is 40 and chris was standing next to me so he might have been talking to him
haha ha

Had a BBQ last night with my, n nath (my fiancee) families.
Was in a mood where i just wanted to break down and cry for around 3 hours butwasnt sure why
everyone kept asking what was wrong but
it was one of those moods where you arent totally sure whats
going on in your head but you gotta cry.

I improved after awhile still havent figured out what was the matter but had
a good chat with my bestie teag today so maybe that helped
im not sure though.

Anyway thats all for now

JP1 wrote:Hiya Brodie and welcome... you've done so well in such a short space of time... I know that feeling of plateauing as I've reached that stage myself since about 86 Kilos... I was flying before that but now it's real slow... but look as long as we are doing the right things then this is just a consolidation process and we've just got to fight through it and hopefully it'll get easier and besides if you are like me it's still coming off but real slow...

Anyway Tam is going great and it'll be awesome for you both to have each other as support in your respective journeys. Good luck and I have a good feeling about your progress and believe you'll get where you want to be by October and your wedding will be perfect...

JP/

btw what's your goal weight fior Oct?

My goal weight is 75
im not sure if im gonna get down to that by october but after loosing a fair amount of weight in only a few months its possible. Just gotta stay focused!!! :D :?

Hey Brodie,

you're doing great, and i'm sure you can reach your goal....you've still got heaps of time before your wedding, so you can do it nice & slow to help make sure the weight stays off.

You're lucky to have a sis like Tam, she's great and i'm not sure why but i'm a big fan of hers. I think because you can get a sense about someone, and i get a genuine one from her. :)

Anyways mate, congrats, goodluck, and keep going. YOU CAN DO IT!! WE ALL CAN!!! :)

Was it hot when you weighed yourself, Brodie? Hot weather can make you retain heaps of water making the scales read higher than they would otherwise. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Hopefully you'll lose even more next weigh-in!

Went alright after yesterdays post,
Went waling trying to clear my head a little
i think it all just stress from the wedding that i was
worked up over the other night
im not sure though.
I ran on the run which was good, coz you can run till you body hurts and you just wanna stop
but you keep pushing your self
telling yourself you can make it to the next....whatever
it felt so good n i was proud seeing the last time i ran that far i was probably 14 or something

In other exciting news

I bought a new pair of work pants
my old ones were a size 16 and i could hardly wear them to work at all be cause they
were so tight.
I got a size 14 n the still fall down on the bum of them so i was excited, as well as fitting into a size 12 work top
dont remember the last time i was in a size 12 top

i was probably 12 at the time.
but anywho, they are my main accomplishments for the past few days,
just need to get a good nights rest so i dont sleep through the alarm again tomorrow morning
oh well

Catchyaz

Wow Brodie you're doing really great! Fitting into a size 12/14 is fantastic. With a fab sister like Tam & this forum you will be encouraged to keep it going & hopefully get to your goal weight in time for the wedding.

Keep up the good work & post some photos of your new corset top
