Hayley's progress II

Postby Hayley » Wed Feb 27, 2008 5:32 pm

Ok, I'm really back now. Have started back on the Tony Ferguson program today (which I've had success with in the past but went back to bad eating habits).

I weighed in at 83.5kg, which means I've put back on 11.5kg but kept off 9.5kg. Not happy! Anyway, a positive attitude about it all again - about my change of lifestyle. I've purchased an eliptical trainer, fitball and powermachine and intend to make exercise a part of my lifestyle now - I've been lazy for way too long now.

I will try to visit this site regularly but will make a point of posting at least every Wednesday, where I can report my weekly progress.

Will have to take some new 'before' photos as I know they help me keep track of my progress.

Made it through the first day back on Tony ferguson very easily, which is pleasing. Wasn't hungry and didn't even get any headaches, which I almost always get on the first 2 days on this program. Surprising about the headaches too, as I thought I'd be having coffee withdrawals!!! Must be in the right frame of mind, as I'm not struggling at the moment. Sure helps being busy to keep the mind off food though.

I can do this!

Wow! Thanks for the responses and support guys, it really does help.

Well completed my first week back on Tony Fergson and I've lost 2.4kg and 2 cm from my waist - great!

I've found it really easy this week, which is good and I am looking forward to seeing next week's result. Oh, and I've finally stopped waking 3 times each night for the loo from all the water I've been drinking, so I can now have a good sleep.

Was getting a few leg and foot cramps during the first 3 nights, which always happens to me when I start this program, but they seem to have gone now - fingers crossed anyway.

When I reach my goal weight, we're going to try for another baby! I'm so excited about this!

Thanks again for your comments.
