I am starting to feel real good. ty EWQ . I begin to eat oats and wholegrain pasta (1 meal/day) and that's made a big difference in energy.
yesterday I jogged for 6 km, in the woods, and it's the best thing I ever made to my body, and my mind.
From now on - jogging every day
it is very hard with those craves that haunt me every single minute. I keep in my purse 2 photos of me (49 kg
and the best shape ever), and every time I see cola or sweets or bread or french fries, I am looking at them and thinking: "Patience my dear, your efforts wil be rewarded!"
This week just 1 kilo down. It's not much, cause I really didn't cheat and I had plenty of workouts. My nutrition is so clean that I can easily be "canonized"
. But I can't minimize quantities of food. Health is the most important.
