I wake up in the morning thinking at how much money I spend on my body: expensive lotions and expensive profesional massage, so i decided it's time to move faster. A cleanier diet and a little more exercise. Actually I was motivated from you girls (you are working very hard - congrats).

This was my routine today til now:

09.00
1 hour massage, grapefruit and kiwi
30 minutes jane fonda aerobics

11.00
vegetable soup

a lot of water

Great to hear you and your family are feeling better!

Ohhhhh I'd love a massage right now LOL. My man rubs my feet in with lotion at night, thats the closest I come to a massage :P
And I'm very grateful to him as well.

mu husband massage is nothing compared with my therapist massage. after 30 minutes of massage I feel the cellulite zones are burning and working.

Today report:
fruits in the morning and spinach with vegetables in the noon (ok and a slice of wholegrain bread)
30 push ups, 30 abs, 30 squats.
Not very much but I feel sleepy all the time. don't know what's happening
I had 12 hours of sleep last night from 8 pm to 8 am, and now it's 11.30 am, and I am going to sleep again :( .

Katerina you're doing so well on your journey!

In terms of being tired all the time, maybe it might be useful to list on here everything you've eaten during the day and people can give you some tips? It might be possible that you might be missing out on some essential foods?

You're doing so well Katerina!

I agree with Kate. It might be helpful for you to list everything you eat. I hope you're eating more than you mentioned in your last couple of posts. If all you're having all day is some fruit for breakfast and vegetable soup for lunch no wonder you're tired! :shock:

hi girls, thx for your atention. Last night I went to disco :) . So a few calories down.
my menu yesterday:
grapefruit in the morning
2nd meal : spinach , 2 eggs, a big cup of yoghurt
3rd meal: salad with bacon'
4th meal: tunna
a lot of water and 2cups of 7up :oops:
Last night i drank 2 espresso and 1 diet coke.
I have a proble with my internet connection. Now I am writing from my parents.

If that's all you ate, and each of those foods was a normal sized portion, it's likely you're not eating enough to keep your energy levels up. It might be worth including some more wholegrains in your diet, especially an hour or two before exercise to increase your glycogen stores.

I am starting to feel real good. ty EWQ . I begin to eat oats and wholegrain pasta (1 meal/day) and that's made a big difference in energy.
yesterday I jogged for 6 km, in the woods, and it's the best thing I ever made to my body, and my mind.
From now on - jogging every day :D

it is very hard with those craves that haunt me every single minute. I keep in my purse 2 photos of me (49 kg :wink: and the best shape ever), and every time I see cola or sweets or bread or french fries, I am looking at them and thinking: "Patience my dear, your efforts wil be rewarded!"

This week just 1 kilo down. It's not much, cause I really didn't cheat and I had plenty of workouts. My nutrition is so clean that I can easily be "canonized" :lol: :lol: :lol: . But I can't minimize quantities of food. Health is the most important.

That's all for today. Hope tomorow I will have enough time for staying longer on the forums.
