Yayyyyy my treadmill turned up yesterday so i set it all up and had a go.Must admit it is a bit harder than walking outside. But i just started off slow and built up,eventually got to 5.5 km/hr .It has 18 incline levels and goes to 20km/hr  ,so as i build up i can increase it :)
Hope everyone is well.

well done on the huge loss! the treadmill sounds fab, you can actually make them pretty hard with the inclines and stuff! what brand did you get, and do you mind me asking how much it was?

I love the idea of the charm bracelet Tania.
I don't think I have yet rewarded myself, not that I can remember anyway but when I hit 100kgs. I'm going to the hairdressers for the first time in almost 20 yrs for a complete change   :D .

Im having a bad week this week weight loss wise. But the bad thing is i cant understand why.I have eaten very well and exercised everyday.
On Tuesday i had to go to town to do shopping i had my normal breakfast, exercised. At lunch time i had to go to the bakery to get our bread and i was in a rush so stupid me  got a pie for lunch.Got home and had my normal healthy dinner and exercised again as normal.Next morning i weighed myself and was a kg heavier??i was like huh how could 1 pie put on a kilo?? And since then i have weighed each morning to check it and i havent lost a thing,i am staying at the same, even though im eating right and exercising.
Has anyone else had anything similar happen? or know what might cause this? I have had 3 pretty big losses in 3 weeks,1.8 then 1.5 then 1.8 so maybe its that?

Hi Tan, there is no way (that I know of) that you would put on a kilo over 1 meat pie. I went out for lunch to a smorgie on Wednesday and I only put on a couple of hundred grams. I would think it is more a "leveling out" after the bigger previous losses. I have has quite a few times when the scales haven't budged at all for a few days, I like to think it is because I am between weights at the time   . However they do catch up.
What is your water consumption like? Since I started on the water I have upped the calories, including having breakfast, and the weight is still coming off no problems (so far).
I have also started on a benefibre 14 day trial- if you want details let me know, that goes for anyone else as well. It involves signing up for a survey site, filling in a profile and then it is sent to you, all they ask is to write a small report on what you think of it at the end.

Don't feel bad over the pie, you are eating healthily most of the time so look on it as a treat :D .
Take care, Sue.

Thanks Sue maybe it is a levelling out thing its all i can think of.I drink about 1.5 to 2 litres per day most days we have just got a water cooler yesterday so having that there so handy i will prob drink more its the one that you just put tap water in and it filters it as i was sick of bringing home cartons of water form the shops :D.have a good weekend.
