Maybe you should think about just weighing in once a week? That way the scales won't mess with your mind so much. I'm a self-confessed scales junkie, and I often weigh myself up to 3 times a day lol. So what I do now, is just "officially" weigh in once a week, and I still continue to weigh myself every morning to keep myself motivated. However, if my weight fluctuates up from day to day, I don't pay any attention to it and just keep trying to eat well. If it's down, I use the result as more motivation. I then weigh in on my official day and if I'm up after a week, I'll try and reasses what I've been doing and why it's not moving.
So basically what I was trying to say in that rambling paragraph was "don't get too fixated on the day to day weights, try and look at the bigger picture and it won't do your head in so much".
