So the last week and a half has been both a major disappointment and success. In the few days after posting I gained a 1.5 pounds, this brought my weight to 207.5, I also learned my max weight should be 150 not 155. Using the exercise bike turned out to be a joke, I used it once and developed the most incredible stomach pains for two days. The one part of the plan that was not a disaster was sticking to 7km per day.
Things turned around for me, big time, the first of the month when I weighed 207.5. I understand that when you first start losing weight you lose a whole tonne all at once, well, with a (more or less) good diet and regular exercise of a minimum of 7km (a few days this month I've added a few more) I currently weigh ...
After just 6 days...
I know its just my body ramping up and I'm in for a major slow down but this exercise thing is becoming a highlight of my days, I anticipate much better health, if not numerical weight loss, to follow over the next month.
