Ok, I've been 61 point either 8, 3, or 1 and fluctuating up and down between the 3 points, but sticking mostly to the 3, since beginning of April I think. I have upped the exercise and changed the routine, and am still eating sideplate size GI meals. Nothing seems to want to shift these last few kgs. Yesterday I weighed myself on my home scales and i couldn't believe my eyes when the scales read 60kgs on the dot. I did a little joy dance - I was soooo excited - but today, after a strenous walk weighed again on the gym scales and am back to 61.3kgs. Not sure which scales to believe now! My joy at weighing 60kgs has bellied up.
