Been a really great couple of weeks, worked so hard and lost a lot of weight and another couple of inches of my weight.

It's so great a feeling now that I have some time under my "belt" and can start to see the difference that is happening to my body. I think thats the hardest part when you first start is seeing all those people that have been doing it for awhile and have awesome results and you think it's going to take awhile to get where they are................well if your reading this and your just starting.......STICK TO IT!!! The results WILL happen!!!

I've lost 23 kilos so far and 10.5" off my waistline. All my other body measurements are decreasing as well (well not ALL of them :wink: ) and I'll update them when I get some time.
