Something finally clicked in me today that I need to do something about my eating.
For lunch I made myself 2 massive, toasted wraps. The problem is that there was NO way I was going to be able to eat two of them, but I made them and then forced myself to eat most of it thinking that if I didn't, it would be a waste. Afterwards, I felt SO sick that I even tried to make myself vomit (an extreme, I know) because I'd eaten so much.

After reading through various threads and forums on here, it seems that posting and tracking your progress helps people with their weight loss/get fit goals. So I've decided to join the many lovely people on this site that are ever so encouraging, and post my progress to see if it will force me to keep on track if other people know exactly what I'm doing. Hopefully I won't eat as much crap knowing I'd have the embarrassment of posting it on here!

Starting today.
This is what I've eaten so far:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup Sultana Bran, with skim milk.
Snack: Some Sweet Chili & Sour Cream Pitos + an apple
Lunch: Two ham, cheese, tomato, capsicum, on wholemeal pita bread, toasted.
Snack: Apple

I also went nuts on Google and printed off a whole bunch of exercises, and made an exercise plan online ( - anyone else use this?) and am motivated to start it tonight!
I'm also thinking of starting a 'Feel Good Book' to paste all my exercises in, motivational quotes, progress diary - to show myself I can keep at it!

Ps. Just turned down a slice of cheesecake.

Cheesecake is my favouriteeeee! :(

Ahh...the click moment, when it all falls into place and you're ready to get cracking and get healthy! Weight loss to me is so much about the mind as well as the body!

Well done on the cheesecake!! And good luck with your goals, sing out if you need anything!

I planned on going for a run last night, but I got home late and ended up being lazy.
Had a tomato & caspsicum pork thing with penne pasta for dinner last night. Pretty yummy.

Breakfast: None :( ran out of time
Snack: Mandarin & apple.
Lunch: Same wrap as yesterday (but only going to have one!)
Snack: Another apple
Dinner: Not sure yet. I'm going to my Dad's though and they usually have takeaway on Friday's :-/ If so, hello Subway.

As for my current weight, I only took a guess and was meant to weigh myself last night but I forgot. Damn.

Well done for saying no to the cheesecake. That must have been tough! I'll check out that website you mentioned :)
