Something finally clicked in me today that I need to do something about my eating.
For lunch I made myself 2 massive, toasted wraps. The problem is that there was NO way I was going to be able to eat two of them, but I made them and then forced myself to eat most of it thinking that if I didn't, it would be a waste. Afterwards, I felt SO
sick that I even tried to make myself vomit (an extreme, I know) because I'd eaten so much.
After reading through various threads and forums on here, it seems that posting and tracking your progress helps people with their weight loss/get fit goals. So I've decided to join the many lovely people on this site that are ever so encouraging, and post my progress to see if it will force me to keep on track if other people know exactly what I'm doing. Hopefully I won't eat as much crap knowing I'd have the embarrassment of posting it on here!
This is what I've eaten so far:Breakfast:
1/2 cup Sultana Bran, with skim milk.Snack:
Some Sweet Chili & Sour Cream Pitos + an appleLunch:
Two ham, cheese, tomato, capsicum, on wholemeal pita bread, toasted.Snack:
I also went nuts on Google and printed off a whole bunch of exercises, and made an exercise plan online (healthylivingonline.com - anyone else use this?) and am motivated to start it tonight!
I'm also thinking of starting a 'Feel Good Book' to paste all my exercises in, motivational quotes, progress diary - to show myself I can keep at it!
