Glad to hear the last four days have been good Madison!
Never feel ashamed to post here, even if you're going a bit off the rails. Hell, half of my posts seem to be about how little progress I'm making at any time! The way I figure it the time you need to be held to account most is when you're doing poorly, not when you're doing well. And posting here keeps me accountable. Plus there is SO much support here any problem I'm having with exercise, diet or motivation is usually something someone else has gone through before so they can give advice of how to get through it.
You're doing great Madison! You're never going to feel 100% motivation all the time so I think you need to give yourself permission for some slack days. The important thing is that you're in it for the long haul.
