well done whit, 700grams is a huge loss- how you manage to have so many "bad days" as you put it and loose that amount is beyond me, best of luck for the next week. :D

I'm having so much trouble keeping it together :(
I've had a horrible few days I think i've gained back everything i've lost.
I don't know what i'm supposed to do! I can't stick with it no matter what I try :(
I think its lack of healthy food in the house. We don't have much food here, things are very tight because we have to save to move.
I had sausages for lunch, have been snacking on devon all day and i'm making quiche for dinner.

HELP!!!!!!!!!   I don't want to un-do all my hard work.

Hi Whit3,

I've just had a skim through your posts, and I think you've done an amazing job to lose 22kgs so far. Don't give up, everyone goes through bad and unmotivated stages (myself included!). Maybe you could try going for a quick walk after dinner, and tell yourself that you're going to get back on track tomorrow? That way you've already started the process for the new week to come :)

All the best!

i can't go for a walk coz its raining and wet outside.. can't go to the gym coz no car to get there. I've got some cleaning to do, but if i finish that early i'll do a workout dvd.

OK so i've made my food for tomorrow the best I can... I'm gunna try my hardest to get back on track.....

B: 2 cups of wheaties (never had these before but they dont taste that bad) with skim milk
L: 1 quiche (i made them in muffin trays) with (wait for it............) SALAD :| I made a salad out of lettuce, ham, onion and cheese.. I know its not the healthiest of salads but i've snuck some lettuce in there so i have to make it as appetising as i can
D: i'm not sure :( hopefully something healthy

OK Whit this is your butt kicking. I am not an expert in weight loss evidently but I know that if I have naughty food in the house then I WILL eat it. I know that you are trying to save money but not all diet food is more expensive than normal food. Have some treats in the house that you know you can eat and then have lots of rice crackers etc that you can all the whole packet if you have too. I know its hard and if its wasnt then we all wouldnt be in this place. You have done so well. Try to keep in mind your Christmas goal becuase it really is acheiveable. Tommorrow is a new day and dont think about yesterday just focus on what you are doing today. YOU CAN DO IT! :D
Need to get motivated.

Today is a new day.
Today is a new day.
Today is a new day.

Phew!

My plan for today:
B: 2 cups of wheaties with a cup of skim milk
S: go-gurt
L: small chicken and mayo roll
D: finishing sauce pasta (made with pasta, boiled chicken breast shredded and a masterfoods finishing sauce)

MMMMMM!
I'd never tried wheaties before, the rich brown colour and the "whole grain" written on the front scared me a little, but they weren't too bad :)

This diet thing is so hard :(
All those yummy foods got the better of me.. Pretty sure I've gained about 10kg.. no joke.
Not going to weigh myself for a month.. gunna eat healthy and exercise and then look at the damage in a months time.

I was gunna start yesterday, was good until I got home, and because i have my mum over she cooks huge dinners and stuff for us and you can't help yourself but eat it, so last night was sausage sandwiches :(
But she goes home tonight... so should be ready to go again!
Also moving house, so maybe not much time for gym, but lots of packing should get me moving.

Todays eating plan:
B: cornflakes & skim milk
S: popcorn
L: turkey sandwich
D: not sure yet... my mummys leaving so i'm gunna be really sad... i can't even go to the airport because i'll cry so my bf is taking her... i might have subway

awww no good! my fiances mum comes over every sunday night and cooks a roast.. but when i say roast, i mean theres 2 different types of roast, like turkey and chicken, then veges and garlic bread and everything which fiiiills your plate, so all you end up doing is eating it all and feeling sick, then seeing it on the scales :( lol its horrible!

i really hope you havent put on heaps of weight! i think if you get back on track you should be fine :) good luck!

Oh god this is so hard.
I've made a decision, and it was a really hard decision for me to make...
I'm going on a shake diet :( I don't see any other option at the moment, i need something so rigid (ie a shake!) that I know COMPLETELY and will feel guilty for deviating.

Cause shakes are so expensive though, i'm only going to replace my lunch meal with them. Breakfast can be similar though, either an up and go or a glass of flavoured soy milk. That seemed to work for me in the past so hey!
I've ordered a months worth of tony ferguson shakes, has anyone had these ones before? Do you mix them with water? At the moment i'm the biggest loser shakes until my tony ferguson ones get delivered (i dont wanna go into the chemist to get them lol), and the biggest loser ones aren't bad, but don't have as many flavours as I like. Drinking a choc mint one now... it tastes pretty disgusting. I had a double choc one that was OK, and i'm gunna go to coles to get the banana one yum. So i'm on up & go and biggest loser shakes for about 4-5 days until my ferguson shakes get in, then i'll switch to those.
Dinners are gunna be my normal healthy dinner, tonight i'm having a baked chicken maryland probably with some garlic stuffed under the skin yummo :)

Not sure what to do about the exercise.. I'm in a bit of a dilema with this as we've just signed a lease for a new house, so we'll have moved from this house within 3 weeks and my gym isnt in the new suburb. I have a fenix near work so I could transfer there, but i'm a bit hesitant to because a girl that works at my work (well did, she's on maternity leave now and i've taken her work on), her husband works there as a personal trainer, and im a bit worried he'll see me and know me and tell everyone that when i exercise i look like a fat sweaty pig lol.

Well, off to the shop to buy some up and go, shakes and diet jelly lol!
