Great to see you here again, Whit3! I don't think I've tried the Jol sugar free pastilles. Quite a few pastilles are vegan safe so I may have to look into those!

I think I ate too many of them to be honest.. one box is one serving(237kj).. i ate half a box yesterday and on the back it says "excess consuption may have a laxative effect"... lol obviously half a box is excess consuption!

EWQ; the ingredients say: sweetener(420, 965), vegetabke gum (gum acacia), acidity regulator(330), humectant (422), antixoidant (300), natural flavours, sweetener (951, 950), colour (E163), raspberry fruit juice concentrate, essential oil
contains phenylalanine

Lots of chemicals... but i think its vegan safe? you'd know more than me... but they're soooooo yummy! and they're actually quite stiff (it says its ok for your teeth tho) so they're not something you can just eat a handful of at a time :)

Diets been going good.. weighing in tomorrow but i've already had a sneak peak ofcourse and i'm happy :)

I just Googled around and found out that Jols sugar free pastilles are vegan safe. Yay! I'm going to keep an eye out for them in the supermarket.

Thanks for the tip!

I'm back... again!
Hopefully this time for good. I've put on all the weight I lost, and then some. I'm was up to 134.1kg at my highest, down to 133.3 as of yesterday. I'm getting married in just under 2 months so I want to lose at least 10kg by then. And my partner has to lose about 5kg by then lol.

A lot has changed with me. I quit my job, moved back to Western Australia and live in the country with my partner Andy, who I dragged over from Melbourne lol. Same partner I had last time though :) I don't have a job, but I'm now studying primary school teaching at uni and taking law electives so I can do a law degree as well :)

We have lots more pets, we have 5 cats, 5 rabbits, 1 rat, 2 guinea pigs and a horse :) And i'm learning how to ride a horse! I'm going really well, can go for rides by myself but not quite up to trotting or cantering, although i've done them on occasion and almost censored myself in fright lol.

Hopefully I can lose this weight. My main focus is getting my BMI below 30, because we want to have a baby but unless my BMI is below 30 I can't get fertility treatment :(

Horseriding is the best for toning the insides of your thighs... plus fun! I used to ride quite a lot when I was younger... what's your horse like?

He's an 18yo standardbred gelding, and he's black :) he's an awesome horse, he was trained to work with disabled children and he's actually trained for harnesses too. he's big though, 15.1hh, i have to stand on the bullbar of the car to get on him lol

Sounds like you have a very exciting time ahead of you, with the wedding coming up! Good motivation. You did an amazing job last time and i'm sure you can do it again :D xx
