Carrie's Conundrum

Well, it looks like this is working for a lot of people, so what the hey.

I'm coming in to the 8th week of my diet. Cardio and WT are my main weapons as well as a modified diet. So far I have lost 15 Lbs. To tell you honestly, It's not all been losing lbs day by day. I get fluctuations and I hope that the trend becomes steady. But the good thing though is my arms are soooo much more toned than they used to be (they dont jiggle hardly at all now when I shake my arm.). At least that's something.

I'll try and update this as often as I can. Bring me some motivation and encouragements will yah?

Well done on 8 weeks and thats great that your seeing results and feeling good.

How much do you want to lose?

There are heaps of tips and ideas on here but most of all its just a really friendly encouraging place.

I'm glad you're doing so well, Carrie. Good on you! And good luck with your future progress. It sounds like you have a really sound plan.

Thanks for the encouragement guys.

I was 165lbs two months ago. I'm now 140 (hovering around that number Hahahahaha!) Lately I haven't been able to do much exercise coz I caught the bug. Hopefully I'll have better results to post once I'm well enough.
