Hi everbody,

Well this is my first week on this forum, and my first week of losing weight. So I'm afraid not much progress to report so far. I believe I am currently around 85-90kgs, but would like to get back down to about 60-65kgs. (Buying some scales this weekend to be sure!) Went for a run/walk last night and had a healthy dinner, but had pikelets today. But don't count me out yet, I can do this, I know I can. And I think being on this forum and getting and giving support will be a wonderful way to achieve this.

So keep an eye out for my ticker, which will be included in my next post.

Hi,

Well I'm afraid to say not much progress to report so far. I finally got some scales yesterday and they confirmed what I thought - I currently weigh 90 kgs, which means I have to lose 25-30kgs to get back to a healthy weight, and a more attractive one. I have also done myself up a ticker which I hope if I have done it right, will be in this post.

I went for a bike ride yesterday, something I haven't done since I was 16 years old. It was fun though and I was quite knackered afterwards. This morning though, my butt hurts!

Ok well here we go. I know I can do this, I just have to be strong and disciplined. Talk to you all again soon.

pikelets don't have 2 be a bad food - just make them kj/fat friendly & u can enjoy them without guilt.
