Hi all, decide to join this section and post my progress.
I started on here last week at my heaviest weight 98.4kgs.
Today I weigh 96.2kgs which is a loss of 2.2kgs (and one BMI point haha)
I did nothing except cut junk food, but had red rooster once during the week.
This week I want to exercise but having trouble finding time.
I am currently working 8 - 4:30 every day and at 4:30 I have to go out to two different properties to feed horses, which is a fair bit of walk, but not enough to make it 'real' exercise. So I get home around 6pm and it's dark. Id rather not walk in my area when its dark, so might try getting up an hour early and going for a walk but I will let you all know how that goes.
Aiming for 30mins minimum each day.
Also going to get some *SCAREY* photos and start a photo journal aswell.

Second mini goal; 85kgs by 25/12/08
Third mini goal; 80kgs by 04/04/09 (Partners Birthday)
Final goal weight; 75kgs by 25/06/09 (4yr Anniversary)
