Hi everyone, Im new here..
I have been trying the book and changed my diet to "Eat Clean for life" - which i intend to use for life! I've been doing it without slip ups and being exercising for 4 weeks! after 2 weeks i lost 1kg, then yesterday i put it back on!! MY GOD! how are you suppose to keep motivated, all those yummy things i denied myself for this! .... has any one else or is anyone trying to "Eat clean" Its basically a good balance of all food groups eating every 2-3 hours, i do feel better and slimmer just not on the scales! AHHH!!! I need some sign that this will pay off..
