Thanx SB

So I ended up making an indian chicken dish, so easy and yummy.

1 lge breat fillet
1/2 cup lo fat natural yohgurt
2 tbs korma paste
juice from 1 lime

Mix together yohgurt, korma & lime juice, and chicken breast. Marinate for 30 mins-enough time for a quick walk!!!! then cook in a non stcik fry pan on high until cooked. Serve on salad with home made raita sauce ( 1/2 cup natural yohgurt, 1/2 leb cucumber deseeded and tsp crushed garlic)
Serves 2 - 235cals

Yum Yum.

So today Im still on the wagon, which is good! Im feeling positive and am planning a big gym workout tonight. I did go last night and did 25 mins on the treadmill burning off 235 cals. Pretty happy bout that! I am on my 2nd lt of water today and have had my all bran and a pear. So far so good!!
I will be splurging on my b'day!!!! Im being taken to Taco Bills for dinner and I will be having nachos!! Cant wait!! But no alcohol until Sat night-my 30th bday party!!!
Hope you all have a great day!!

Nice! Have you tried the cross trainer yet? I've been a gym fanatic for some months (not anymore though) and found that to be most calorie burning effective. 45 Minutes burnt me around 500 cal usually, when I really put everything into it around 600 cal.

Thanks SB, I hope you guys like it!

Freddy-I do like the cross trainer, but after busting myself on the treadmill I dont seem to have the energy!! The stepper is good because its more muscle than cardio. And man I can feel it in my but today!!!! If I do use the cross trainer, I will use it first and then maybe go on the tready for 10 or so minutes

Well all is still good here, Im really motivated!! But I normally am within the first few weeks, once I start to notice a difference I tend to slack off. Not this time though! I was noticing my stomach in the mirror last night and it looks abit flatter. I no Ive only been doing this for one week, but I have drastically changed my diet and I feel less bloated. So I feel awesome today.

Food is under control, roast pork at the in laws tonight though (my birthday dinner-2 days early) so I will have to be careful, as its my fav!!! Light breaky and lunch and a gym workout aswell should be ok!

Hope you all have a good day

So I jumped on the scales to and I have lost 1kg!!!! Whhoooottt!! Im pretty happy with that!!

So Im all energised for another week of this!!!

I ended up walking with my sister in law last night, we do about 4.5ks in 30 mins, we push each other pretty hard. So that was good. I am playing netball tonight and as tomorrow is my birthday I was planning a rest day. But my DD has asked if we can do a bike ride after school, so we will do that, she rides and I jog behind her. Its a pretty good workout!! Then Sat is my birthday party I will use that as my rest day.

Food is looking good for today too.

Well done on the loss!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
