So Im at work today, happy days!!! Its the first day of spring today YAY!!!! Roll on daylight savings!!!
So last night I did a roast lamb and vegies because we had guests. I ate a little more than I should
but I had a chicken salaqd for lunch and cereal for breakie so I think I will be fine.
Jumped on the scales this morning to see how I was going it read 73.8kgs so Im on track for Thursday. Fingers crossed! Ill be off to the gym tonight as I did no exercise over the weekend. On my chiropractors recommendation. So looking forward to getting back into it. Not sure what to cook for dinner, having a friend over as H2B is playing censored. Hmm, any suggestions??
