Well done on the loss Beanie.

The only advice I can offer is water, water and more water. I find it really helps.

It's easier to drink the water in warmer weather and I have slackened off in a big way during the cooler months but this week I made the decision that I MUST drink 6 glasses of water before I am allowed to drink anything else and I have seen a difference already :) .

Yeah I do drink alot of water already, but not as much as I do in summer. Im probably downing 2-3 600ml bottle per day. More when I exercise. I am not going to drink this week and see if it makes a difference. I only ever drink champas and soda water really, and I try to keep it witin my clas for the day, but I will stop for a week and see how I go.
