Well done on the loss Beanie.
The only advice I can offer is water, water and more water. I find it really helps.
It's easier to drink the water in warmer weather and I have slackened off in a big way during the cooler months but this week I made the decision that I MUST drink 6 glasses of water before I am allowed to drink anything else and I have seen a difference already
