The end of Day 2 -
Lunch was a lean cuisine - spag bol again
Dinner was homemade oven baked fish & chips
Day 3 - yesterday
Good day food wise.
B - Up & Go
S - Corn thins with philly cheese x 3
L - Grilled chicken breast w/ lettuce, cheese, pineapple salad
S - Le Snak
D - Scrambled eggs & 2 pieces of toast
Also went to the gym last night, only a little workout though as Chris came with me and his knee was hurting.
So I did 20 mins on the treadmill @ 5.5 on level 6, and ten mins on the rowing machine. Day 4 - today
Had an awesome time at Bootcamp this morning - however I was completely knackered when we finished!! LOL
Today we did a Location Run around the park - basically did a warm up jog around the park, then we had to choose 1 of 12 cards off the trainer and whatever card we pulled out related to a location in the park and a certain exercise to be done at that location, and we also had to jog from location to location.
We didn't get through all 12, but this is the list of what we did get through...
* Hill sprints
* Push ups on the fence
* Step Ups
* Crab walking push ups
* Standing row with resistance bands
* Bicep curls with resistance bands
* Sit ups
* Star jumps
* Mountain climbing
* Big hill run
Tonight I have my weekly PT session at the gym, so I'm not sure what he's going to make me do tonight!!
