Day 1 done & dusted!!

Got to the gym last night and went hard at it!!

1km on the treadmill @ 6.5km/hr on level 5
2km on the rowing machine
4km on the bike on level 6

Day 2 - Today

Got up at 4:30am and toddled off to the first Bootcamp of this round... OMG - What a workout - nothing like last time!! We did circuit training today which involved 1 minute reps of the following exercises;

- situps
- jump squats
- standing row with resistance bands
- hovers
- star jumps
- push ups
- oblique crunches
- shoulder press with resistance bands
- burpee pushups
- weight boxing
- bicep curls with resistance bands
- pulse lunges

In between each 1 minute rep we had to do 1 of 4 different runs; one was on a flat part of the hill and about 20m each way, the second was down a big hill and back up, the third was down a medium hill and back up, and the third was on a small hill and back up.

I was so red faced by the end of it, and sweating like a b*tch - it was crazy!! Felt so good to be able to do the whole thing though without vomitting or passing out biggest loser style!!

Now to get through the last 5 hours of the day at work, then off to the gym again tonight.

S - Le Snak

The end of Day 2 -

Lunch was a lean cuisine - spag bol again
Dinner was homemade oven baked fish & chips

Day 3 - yesterday

Good day food wise.

B - Up & Go
S - Corn thins with philly cheese x 3
L - Grilled chicken breast w/ lettuce, cheese, pineapple salad
S - Le Snak
D - Scrambled eggs & 2 pieces of toast

Also went to the gym last night, only a little workout though as Chris came with me and his knee was hurting.

So I did 20 mins on the treadmill @ 5.5 on level 6, and ten mins on the rowing machine.

Day 4 - today


Had an awesome time at Bootcamp this morning - however I was completely knackered when we finished!! LOL

Today we did a Location Run around the park - basically did a warm up jog around the park, then we had to choose 1 of 12 cards off the trainer and whatever card we pulled out related to a location in the park and a certain exercise to be done at that location, and we also had to jog from location to location.

We didn't get through all 12, but this is the list of what we did get through...

* Hill sprints
* Push ups on the fence
* Step Ups
* Crab walking push ups
* Standing row with resistance bands
* Bicep curls with resistance bands
* Sit ups
* Star jumps
* Mountain climbing
* Big hill run

Tonight I have my weekly PT session at the gym, so I'm not sure what he's going to make me do tonight!!

Just a quick update this morning with this weeks weigh-in...

SW: 98.9kg 15th November 09
CW: 94.9kg 22nd November 09

4kg loss this week and I am STOKED!!! Can't believe it.

Week two starts today - let's see what numbers I can pull off this week!!

Also on a bright note... I went to a bridal expo yesterday with my best mate, and I won a $500 personally designed wedding cake package for our wedding next year!! I am sooooooooooooooooo excited!!

Anyway, have $hitloads of work to do, so I have to get stuck in to it!!!

oh my god :shock: 4kgs is insane! keep it up! you're starting to make me think i should go to the gym

:lol: Yeah I can't believe it either!! It's crazy!! I'm starting to think that it may actually be possible for me to make it to my 90kg benchmark by the 1st December after all...!!

However it's good to finally see some results after this bootcamping and gymming etc... I HATE doing it all and getting no results, so it's been a great boost to the motivation levels anyway!! :)
