Christmas was great. :D :D

I did end up going out my points but not by much. Overall I think I did pretty well.

Tomorrow I head to my nan and pa's for 5 or so days so I won't be able to weigh in on Wednesday. Fingers crossed for no gain when I get back.

Take care everyone. :D

I got back from visiting my grandparents yesterday and i'm exhausted! Now i'm home for 10 days then off to Queensland for 3 weeks.

I ate really well at my grandparents house. I didn't go over my points which i'm proud of and when I did have some wine I only had 100ml. I even made my nan weigh some of my food.

I got on the scales this morning and it said 72.8kg. I'm not getting too excited as my scales have let me down in the past but i'll be going into this weeks meeting positive. :D

I hope everyone else had fun over Christmas and New Years. :D

Thank you NYNM :-D

It;s funny how much your weight changes during the day. I was up at 5am this morning changing my sons nappy and the scales were out so I got on and it said 73.4kg. Then this morning I got on and it said 72.2kg.
I'm not becoming a compulsive weigher but i'm so close to goal I just can't help but see what it says.

I have a fun day of housecleaning ahead of me, then this afternoon i'll be doing weights and depending on how hot it is taking my son to the park then we'll splash around in his kiddy pool.

Tomorrow is weigh in day so fingers crossed! :D

I had an awesome weigh in this week. I lost 1.1kg! Woohoo! :D

So now i've lost 20.5kg and I now weigh 73.1kg... :D

I bought a pedometer today and a skipping rope today. I want to step up my exercise and both of these things I can take away with me on holidays.

Thank you everyone!
whit3tig3y, yep I skip on the spot. I suck at it though but it gets my heart rate up! :D

I feel like my arms and legs are going to drop off! I've been cleaning today and i'm exhausted. I wanted to make the house spotless before I go away because I know that Mathew won't touch a thing  . I even washed the walls and behind the oven!
Despite being absolutely exhausted i'd scheduled in weights for today so I made myself do them.

I still have some cleaning to do tomorrow but i'm also going to do some cardio, maybe go for a jog?

I think when I come back from QLD i'm going to get some personal training. I want to step things up and really tone my body and be in good shape. :)

Something strange is happening to me.

Tonight on my jog I went a different route and came across a massive hill. And you know what the first thing that ran through my mind was...?
OMG this is going to be fun! But it wasn't in a sarcastic way. I REALLY wanted to jog up this hill and get hot and sweaty and feel the burn in my legs!!!

I told you something weird is happening to me!!

I'm finally at goal!

I started WeightWatchers on May 1st 2008. It's taken me a while to really focus on losing the weight. I've had to learn not to rely on food for comfort, make healthier food choices and start exercising.

Now I feel like a completely different person. Although i'm not completely satisfied with how I look I know i'm on my way. If I keep eating healthy and exercising I will achieve the results I want.

So 23.6kg later i'm now 70kg. I have a healthy BMI and i'm no longer considered overweight.

For everyone who is trying to lose weight, stick with it. You'll have your ups and downs and blowouts but in the end it is all worth it.
