Hello All well it is the 24th Today and this morning I Jumped on the scales and....
62.8 , that's 1.3kg lost 7.8kg to go.
So I have not been as good as I have hoped this week, I did not eat so well on the weekend and only managed to get to the gym twice as I had a busy week with my four month old plus I had my car at the Mechanics to.
Now that I have started and seen a good result I thought I would set some more definite goals.
I want to lose the rest of this weight by the 19 December. So that equates to about 1kg per week until then. So I will check in again on the 31 October to let you know how I am going.This weekend I will not sabotage my loss by eating junk!!!
