How old is your baby? Are they old enough to give one of those hydrating icey poles too if you want to go for a walk?

You could just give him a bottle of water with some nice cold iceblocks in it.. Surely all those single mothers out there without cars arent confined to their house in summer? Try to find out what some of they do :)

ahh, you're in Darwin, hmm, I see, can you hire a treadmill for home or get some workout dvd's or something? I know it's hard, but there is always a solution :D As a mum with a young bub it's important to try to take some time out for yourself (even if just a little :D )
take care, Alexandra

Good Morning All,

Well I managed to get to the gym twice. So I weighted myself this morning and

60.9

So to reach my first goal I need to lose 900gms before Wednesday. Not sure if this is possible but I will try...

Well I have been so busy. We are moving state at the end of the month so things have been crazy

At the moment I am 59.5kg.

But Xmas is looming so I think I am bound to put on a few kilos. I am losing my car on Monday as it is getting shipped down to the new place so exercise is off again, and I was starting to get quite fit. Plus I have no gym organised yet, so not sure what I will be doing.

Well Hello,
I have not been on here for ages, over a year. I am hoping to get back into some exercise next week. After almost 10 months of working 2 days I am going back to work 5 days. It is an early finish, so I am hoping that I will have more time to get to the gym. Can't wait to get back into a good fitness routine! My weight has slowly been creeping up as I have had a horrible month - everything has gone wrong so I am back to 62kg and I am aiming for 50kg. Wish me luck I will update my weight at the end of next week.

See you around the boards

Well I have been very good this week. My diet was excellent, I went to the gym four days.
I weighed myself this morning and

60.5

I am so happy with that and I am looking forwards to next week
