So, it just realised that my bmi is now under 35, doesn't that put me in the last section of obese? If so, woooot! It's weird to say but I can't wait until I am just plain overweight and no longer classified as obese... even better when I'm not overweight anymore either
I have gone to the gym every day now for over a week and plan on continuing this until the end of the month. I really want to get under 100 by the end of February. While I know there is the possibility that I might not get there, I want to make sure that I do everything in my power to make sure it happens! That way if it doesn't, I will know that there isn't any more I could have possibly done.
As for the gym, every second or third day has been doing the weight resistance program that the personal trainer set up for me at the gym when I first started and every day in between is just flat out cardio. 20 minutes on the treadmill going up and down between 4-7km (one of the auto programs). About 10 minutes on the elliptical (it's all I can manage at the moment, but the longer I'm at the gym the amount of minutes I can endure is growing!). 20 minutes on bikes going up and down between 70-90rpm and then back on the treadmill for another 20 minutes doing inclines!
I am really keen to book in for another personal training session. One thing I like about the biggest loser is how in the training sessions they can just let loose and I really want to experience that. Just to be able to like unleash sheer determination would be great. So as soon as I can afford it I'm going to book in for a session!
Also, I am back to weighing myself everyday on my wiifit. I know it's a method many of you don't prescribe to, but personally I find it helps me to keep account on a daily basis of what I'm putting in my mouth! When I know that I have to weigh the next day, it's going to stop me from picking up that chocolate bar from the supermarket shelves and swap it for something a little healthier!
