Thanks Shalimar, I think I'll cry of excitement if it actually happens this week!

Hopefully at least before I start back at uni (3 March).

Once I get back to uni it is going to be brutal. I don't know if anyone here knows the Mt Gravatt campus of Griffith University in Brisbane but zomg. The campus is on a mountain, with the carpark at the base!!! Killed me so much last year that I would either go an hour early so I could get a park right up the top or skip classes all together cause it would nearly kill me to get up that hill lol

Scary thing is that I am actually looking forward to it as it will easily add some variation to my routine. Up that hill 4+ times a week is going to do me some good, that's for sure!

I had a massive pigout day yesterday. I don't even know why, and I felt like crap afterwards.... It's like self sabotage. Like I realised I am a stone's throw away from my first goal and I just don't want to let myself get there...?!

Made myself jump on the scales this morning basically so I know how good I have to be over the next few days and how hard I have to work to get back to where I was and want to be. Back up to 102.3kg, how depressing.

I had Friday and yesterday off the gym so I am getting into some cardio today. I might walk to the gym and back as well if it doesn't get too hot...

I'm going to write out an eating plan as well so that I have some guideline to stick to -

B: Up and Go, Pear
S: Banana
L: UltraSlim Shake, salad
S: Carrot sticks
D: Chicken Stirfry

I've got to let go of yesterday and move forward with today!

You'll probably find that most, if not all, of that excess "weight" you gain is water and it should, in theory, drop off you quickly. That's the way it works for me anyway, I can have a pig out and be 1/2 to 1 kilo heavier the next morning but it comes of very quickly over 3 or 4 days. Good luck :) .

Oh I hope it comes off that easy Shalimar!

I feel like I should confess what I had yesterday. Owning up to it I think will make it easier for me to stop beating myself up about it.
I had a McChicken (which gave me the most disgusting reflux - yuck!) 2 donuts, ice cream and a kit kat chunky.

Today I stuck to my meal plan for the day exactly and I'm about to go brush my teeth to curb any after-dinner snacking :)

Something positive to report though... as I was feeling so yuck about my pigout yesterday I went hard at the gym this morning. Previously I have only been able to do about 10 minutes on the elliptical, today I did 35!!! Only on level 1, but hey, it's a start! I actually felt like I could have powered on through to 40 or 45, but I thought I might have been to tired then to continue with more cardio so I jumped off after 35 mins and did 20 mins on the treadmill going up and down between 4-7km/hr. Topped it off by mowing the lawn this afternoon! lol

I want to get below 100kg so bad, I am going to make it happen, I swear :D Weight resistance training at the gym tomorrow, but I'll also do some cardio to warm up/down.

Also, I decided to change my ticker's goal just to be my first goal, which I will then change to the next once I reach it. I feel like it inspires me more to see it close to the end rather than right at the beginning :!:

Just wondering if anyone else finds themselves with aching hips after using the elliptical?
Perhaps it's just because I am not really used to the motion yet but my hips are sooooo sore!

Last night I did 30 mins again, but upped it from level one to two, yay me

Sneaked a peak at my weight this morning, 100.4... so close to my first goal :D Let's hope it at least stays that way, if not improves by my official weigh in on Saturday!!

This weeks weigh in and measurements puts me at:
Weight: exactly 99.9!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bust: 109
Waist: 92
Abdomen: 108
Hips: 115

Loss of 1.4kg!!!!

Mini Goal one has been reached, woooo!

Guitar hero world tour, here I come

Next mini goal is 94.9. I hope to be losing weight at a rate of about 5kg every 2 months... Does that seem realistic? Would be so much better if it was faster but I suppose it's better to lose it slowly. I am expecting it to slow down quite a lot now that I am under this first landmark number too, which is ok cause I am never going back again :D

Forgot to check in on Saturday. Anyways, I am stuck at 99.9 still, but hey at least it's not back up over a hundred!

I am going to have a hardcore week at the gym and carefully watch what I eat, I don't want this turning into a plateau :? Also, I'm holding off on getting the guitar hero till I can crack 99 flat, just to be sure that I don't let myself get stuck here :)

You've got a great attitude :) Hope by next weekend you've well and truly smashed the 99kg mark so you can bring on that Guitar Hero :)

Thanks Milky - I hope so too :D

Took some new pictures:
Image
Can't really notice the difference except in my posture and around my jaw etc my face seems to have thinned out a little. and the curly hair and longer fringe lol excuse the bare feet

Image
Here's another one where you can see my arms properly, hopefully the next one in this dress looks way different. Btw, that dress looks stupid without a vest now as it is getting so big that it gapes! Also, the vest isn't too tight, it is supposed to be ruched

And a new face shot:
