Oh I hope it comes off that easy Shalimar!
I feel like I should confess what I had yesterday. Owning up to it I think will make it easier for me to stop beating myself up about it.
I had a McChicken (which gave me the most disgusting reflux - yuck!) 2 donuts, ice cream and a kit kat chunky.
Today I stuck to my meal plan for the day exactly and I'm about to go brush my teeth to curb any after-dinner snacking
Something positive to report though... as I was feeling so yuck about my pigout yesterday I went hard at the gym this morning. Previously I have only been able to do about 10 minutes on the elliptical, today I did 35!!! Only on level 1, but hey, it's a start! I actually felt like I could have powered on through to 40 or 45, but I thought I might have been to tired then to continue with more cardio so I jumped off after 35 mins and did 20 mins on the treadmill going up and down between 4-7km/hr. Topped it off by mowing the lawn this afternoon! lol
I want to get below 100kg so bad, I am going to make it happen, I swear
Weight resistance training at the gym tomorrow, but I'll also do some cardio to warm up/down.
Also, I decided to change my ticker's goal just to be my first goal, which I will then change to the next once I reach it. I feel like it inspires me more to see it close to the end rather than right at the beginning
