I woke up with a nasty cold Friday morning which mean I didn't go to the gym all weekend. To make up for it I went hard out tonight, too hard it seems... I had to pull over on the way home to throw up, eek

I didn't push myself crazy hard, having three days off in a row just led to me feeling like I was the first day I started.

Ate really well today:

B: Up and go
S: banana
L: last nights left overs which was spinach and ricotta ravioli, with grilled chicken breast and vegies, so yummy!
S: bodywise muesli bar
D: Chicken salad

Uni for the rest of the week now, I have packed lunch and snacks for tomorrow, just got to stop myself from buying food now

Was just on the Ck forums and read the idea of entering a typical day's worth of food prior to my health kick and comparing it to now. Let me just say, ZOMG :!:

You have used 3977 out of your net daily budget of 1690 calories and have -2287 calories remaining. 41% of the calories are from fat, 11% from protein, 49% from carbs and 0% from alcohol.

Fat: 177.2 / 49g
Carbs: 474.5 / 199g
Sugar: 294.7 / 90g

Compare that to now where I am eating about 1300 calories a day and 20% fat, 34% protein and 46% carbs lol

Btw, that was me only adding a few things i could think of that I would eat in a typical day, now that I think about it there were a lot more things that I used to eat on a daily basis since being with my current boyfriend. Is it any surprise that I put on 30 kilos since the start of our relationship?!

Can't wait till I weigh less then what I did when I met him!

This week: 99 flat for a loss of 900g
Bust -1cm
Waist - 1cm
Abdomen -4cm
Hips -2cm
Thighs -1cm

Not too shabby! Also, I think I am ridding myself of my apple shape, my tummy is now quite a few cm smaller than my bust! yay

Flu -> Throat infection -> Chest infection -> Flu again = very unhappy Conscientia!

Haven't weighed for a bit, but finally got the courage to this morning as my eating hasn't been that great and I haven't been to the gym in nearly two weeks :(

Anyways, 97.1kg

Last time I weighed in on this thread I was 99 flat, so that's a loss of 1.9kg in 2.5 weeks of sickness and no gym - not too bad!

Went to the gym last night and was absolutely exhaustered after more than a week off. However, still couldn't get to sleep until well and truly after midnight and had to wake up at 6. I'm about to head off to uni for classes from 9-6 and won't get home till about 7:30pm :( I could cry, I just don't feel like going haha!

Good luck trying to convince myself going to gym tonight after what a crappy day today is going to be...

I'm alive and have returned!
Woo
Fell off the wagon for a while between trips to Sydney, heaps of uni work and just normal work

Weighed on Sunday at 98.8 :O

Sunday is my new weigh in day. I have set up an exercise and calorie program for myself, easing myself back into smaller calories and the gym to hopefully get myself under 90 by the end of June. Still sticking to the goal! Its printed and stuck on my pantry, so that's helping curb the bad eating!

Goal this week is four sessions at the gym, in each doing 1.25km on the elliptical, 5km on the bike and 1.5km on the treadmill. As you can see not much, but a light step up from last week which was 1km, 4km, 1km. Gently easing myself back in! Also, I'm trying to do a month of only cardio to get reacquainted with the gym before I add resistance training back in.

Let's hope the plan works!
