I am looking forward to it. It's just the motivation I need.
I went to the gym yesterday and did some walking and crosstrainer and a circuit class, then more walking to cool down and some stretching. Felt really good afterwards.
Did a 'naughty' thing again this morning. Jumped on the scales and it said 88.6. Woohoo!!! It's a slow progress but I'm sticking with it.
