I think its about time i stopped eating sushi for lunch- problem is when i go out now i walk into the food court and just see FAT everywhere and hate sifting through it all for the healthy stuff so go strait to the sushi bar and have that. Also make it at home most days but am starting to get over it so will have something different.
Today has been a great day. Went for my walk this morning nice and early, we were up just before 4:30 so left by 5am. When bub went down for a nap I did my workout dvd and finished it today- had sweat literally dripping off me, it was so grose but felt soooo good
So far eaten
b- fruit smoothy
l- 2 sushi rolls
d- plan on having some steamed veggies with a bit of mustard chicken
Cant believe how much water I have been drinking- have water bottles everywhere as its too much effort to keep filling up a cup every 5 min.
Weigh in day is tomorrow- I think I might just have lost what i had gained last week, maybe more if i am really lucky. Cant expect to much when I started duromine mid week and had big night out of friday. But whatever happens i am happy with how things are going. Its been a while since i have felt so positive.
