Gosh I have been so busy the last 2 days! Eric has been in day care so I have been trying to get as much packed as I can, so have been sorting, packing then carrying boxes down the stairs and comming back up to start on another box- dont that so many times in the last 2 days lol. I have been really good with my eating- no slip ups so far this week, well, had 3 coffee's today which is not good, can accept 2 but 3 is getting too many.
Unfortunatly with all that I am doing I dont have the time or the energy to exercies
I could make time, I still have all of next week to pack but dont really want to be doing too much while Eric is around- trying not to disrupt him in any way so that the move goes smoothly (well, as smoothly as it can go with a toddler around).
I also managed to seel my couch today at a good price, had it listed on ebay and sold for $275 so am happy now, needed a good price so I can buy a smaller lounge for the new place.
I cant wait until I have moved and am settled in so I can really work on losing these last 10kg. I will be doing lots of walking there as I will be close enough to town to walk but will still be a good walk and will feel it by the end of it. Have already worked out my morning walk route to take, I think it will be about the same distance am I am doing now- might end up changing it but at this stage it will be a good walk with a slight hill.
Anyway, feeling positive about my week so far- should still have a loss despite the lack of exercise.
