I was nervous on the scales for this weeks weigh in. I have been a lot better food wise this week but exercise is still lacking, only managed two walks this week. The weather here has been shocking and although I know I shouldn't use that as an excuse, I do!
I have still had some treats this week which is very unlike me but after 12 weeks of not slipping up once, I think that I deserved it. I ate two mini mini Lindt Bunnies, which I guess were 100cals each as well as a handful of thin potato chips-something I seem to crave. Now that I have had them, I don't want them any more. (The best part was pushing them away thinking 'that's enough'.
So with all that, I have still managed a loss of 800grams and am now at 64kgs. Very happy with that. Can't wait to get back into things this week in terms of exercise and eating, should be a bit easier now I am on holidays....
