It's so hard to exercise when you're on holidays. I am currently making up a programme that will ease me back into things, adding a night of boxing a week and seeing if I can stick to it, then adding a morning of swimming etc. We shall see next week how it all goes when I am back at work.

Some of my clothes are so threadbare I HAD to go out and get new ones. With my weight fluctuating over the past few years, my size 12 work pants were either:coming apart at the seams from being stretched, faded from too much wear or too big. Building a house recently has also drained our resources but I had to bite the bullet and go and get some pants.

There's not a lot out there, I must say. I was prepared to pay $80 for a good fitting pair that will last 5 years but it wasn't to be. Ended up spending about an hour at Target trying on all sorts of size twelves, i didn't even pick up a ten. Walked out with two pairs last night. Went back to another target today to get a pair that were in the short length (short a*se I am) but they didn't have them, so I tried on some that i didn't see on my first trip. WELL was I surprised, they were too big. the shirt I tried on in a 12 was too big. I nearly cried with joy (labels-don't they play mind games on you?) so I ended up buying a top and pants in a 10, and they fit better than the 12's. Better cut etc.

Anyway I am rambling. My mojo is back. I want more 10's. That is all.

Well done on dropping a size - that's fantastic and great for the mojo! Well done. The exercise sounds great too - keep it up!

thanks everyone. Go me!
Lost 200grams this week, that puts me at 63.8kgs. I put in my calendar weeks ago that my goal was 63 by this Sunday so I am definitely looking forward to a massive week ahead.

Got swimming planned for Wednesday morning and went for a run/walk last night which I have never done before on a Saturday. Im motivated.

Thanks for all the kind words y'all.

Thanks so much.
Been giving this 'running' business a try, it's more like a fast shuffle at the moment but it's going okay.

Very happy with a loss of 1.1kg this week, this is the most I have ever lost in just one week. If my theory is right, and it's based on last weeks efforts rather than the week just passed, I cut down my eating of carbs and calories overall. Had a few days where I was eating just over the recommended number of cals and quite a few days just below.

the running (or shuffling) this week much have helped a little as well.

Looking forward to getting closer to 60kg this week, i'm in for a busy one so I need my eating to be spot on.

Thanks everyone.
I finally got out of bed this chilly morning for a 45min walk-I just know that I wouldn't get up for 20 mins so I had to make it worth my while. Managed a little jog but not exactly the 1.5kms I got out last week-I must have been motivated and it did show on the scales-I need to draw on that motivation.... somehow.
