Well yesterday ended up being the worse day yet!!!
I ended up going out to drinks with faltmate, then we decided to eat there, and it was really yummy!!!
I had the Idian Chicken Curry with rice, but only ate half the rice... And the curry was full of chicken so I got lots of protein in it!!!
Today my pledge is to - eat proper set out meals for the day!!!
Strict diet intake!!!

And exercise more!!!
Got to the gym this morning for an hour, so that was good, and I used machines that I dont normally use and hate, like the treadmill, cross trainer and stepper!!! grr...
Feeling good at the moment, and hope I can keep it up ova the long wkend!!!
