Well well another day! WooHoo...
Took the day off to study for exams yesterday, and munched on a whole bag of mixed nuts :o But left out the hazels and brazil - dnt like them to much, then toped off my day with 5 cups of green tea! YAY, oh and I did manage to catch up on my uni readings - but still have questions to answer b4 exams on Tuesday, eek

Got to the gym this morning, but was more of a goal session, trying to work out wat I really want to achieve with my personal trainer...
So, eventual goal is to get down to 70kg and fit in2 size 12 clothing...
1st goal, is to achieve a healthy diet! and exercise reguarly for the first 4 weeks, which will help in losing weight, hopefully to get around to 97kg :)

Not to much to mention, cuz more stressed about exams at the moment, so concentrating on that.... Can't wait till they are ova, bring on 19 June 12pm!!!! :p

Got to thinking... think Im using UNI as an excuse not to follow my program... Lucky for me exams are over next week, and I plan to really think about wat it is I want... Actually all I seem to be doing lately is making up excuses... Hopefully I can overcome this real soon... Cuz I know that I can lose weight.

Well i didnt do too badly today... a lil' high on the carbs and a lil' low on the protein...
Hopefully can fix the flaws sooner rather than later.

Last exam tomorrow morning, can't wait!!!
Then no uni for a few weeks... Over it, but still got a few more years to go :(

All the best for the exam :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Yum Cha is Yummy. It's fine to shake up your eating a little. (it makes a good excuse) I'm sure you won't be doing it every week. Good luck.

Well I actually had a pretty good wkend, eating wise... Didn't need to drink my protein shakes cuz I had enough protein with my chicken at lunch...
Today hasnt been too bad...
brekki: weetbix and mil
snack: caramelo koala
lunch: turkey, cheese and avo toasted sandwhich

not sure about the rest of the day just yet, but will need to get my protein up, so might have to do a protein shake :(
I even got in a walk :D gosh i feel good.
