OK what a week.. talking about moving past cravings well that didnt last long.. last weekend after i weighed in.. i went to a friends house and they all ordered pizza.. and had some too
probably a few too many peices!!! Also had a bit of other junk foods that weekend i shouldnt have...
I weighed myself that monday and had put on 1.5 kilos over the weekend.. i wasnt to disappointed.. because i was determined to lose it..
I havent really been doing much exercise lately so next week i think i wil start lost of exercise at fitness first seeing i am paying for it!! i feel alot determined to go as well seeing ive lost a little bit of weight...
So i weighed in this morning and i had lost that 1.5 that i put back on plus.. an extra 800 grams for the week which im very happy about...
Hopefully when i start involving more exercise il start to see a little but more losses each week - and i dont crave in this weekend either!! so far so good..
