I did lots of walking today.

BUT we went out 4 lunch to McDonalds :(

But I was semi-good, I just had one of those deli choice chicken rolls, but i had a soft drink......

I will be better next week, I promise myself.....

Hi, I haven't posted in a long time.

I've been having troubles with my home life, and haven't been running. I've been eating fairly well, of course I have my days where I'll eat crap here and there, but i've been okay! When I jumped out of the shower yesterday morning, I looked at myself in the mirror and actually thought I looked a tiny bit slimmer. It might have just been at the time, but my partner has also commented. "Your getting smaller" was his words. But I don't know how that would be possible....

I need to buy scales, right?

Then I'll know?

Sorry to hear you're having troubles with your home life.

You could try taking measurements instead of weighing yourself. Probably a better gauge than the numbers on the scale, says she who hasn't done any measurements :P
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Scales are good...
But sometimes they get me down, cuz they always go up and down...
So... I can't wait to get my measurements done again...
It's been 8 weeks, so will be good to see how well I've gone.

Keep up the great work...
We'll get there in the end!!! :)
