Um ok so here I am again, this time Im going to make the right choices!

Im loving my wii fit at the moment, because of the rain up here (wet season) the jogging is good :) I don't have to run in the rain!
I have my trusty exercise bike :)
I have my dates with Billy Blanks :)

Now I just need to get OFF OF MY FAT BUTT and use them!

Starting weight was 77kgs down to 73kgs still have a LONG way to go!

If you have the energy then light exercise will do you good, but I would just suggest a short walk. If you over do it then the flu will take longer to go away.

74kg and you still have a loooong way to go? What is your goal weight?
Start weight: 98kg April 2008
22/12/08- 80.7kg
29/12/08- 81.8kg
04/01/09- 81.6kg
12/01/09- 81kg
19/01/09- 80kg
09/02/09- 79.3kg
Next goal 75kg

I agree with Nick. No more than a light walk. Your body needs time to rest and recover. Your top priority should be getting well, not getting thin. Once you're better you'll have endless energy to get back into exercise! I know it's frustrating to feel like you've been sabotaged so early in your program, but look at this as an opportunity to focus on diet instead for a few days. Make huge pots of yummy vegetable soup if the weather's cool enough. That will give you heaps of vitamins and will keep your fluid intake up. If it's too hot to make soup then focus on eating plenty of fruit and salads.

Hope you get well soon!

Thanks for the advice :) Makes me feel better just to know that Im doing the right thing not pushing myself at the moment. I now also have my kids at home with the same flu which makes exercising even harder. Im still doing some walking though so hopefully my weigh in next week won't be to bad.

Hugs
