Day 1:

Its 3AM and I can't get to sleep. Instead of doing the usual, raiding the fridge I decided to go for a 30 min walk and a quick jog! I am verrrrrrrrry happy with myself. :) This is a good start and I hope I can keep it up. :D

I woke up tired as ever today, got a home loan interview *stress*. And then work called me in to start earlier. That means more time at work more chance to eat fatty food! >.< I need something to eat at work (as in just when i feel hungry not on break) but dont know what.

Are there any relatively healthy foods available near where you work? Subway have some low fat options, or even sushi could be a good choice.

Good luck!

My face is literally like this: :D

I have had a great start and a great start gives me hope that I can do this through.

I jogged to soccer, had an awesome soccer practice, then jogged back!!!

And I feel so worn out yet I have enough willpower to do a quick weights work out. :)

That's great! Good on you for getting all that exercise in.

Can you take your own packed lunches to work? If you have a healthy dinner can you cook a little extra and take it with you in a container? Or maybe make a salad roll the night before so you can just pop it in your bag on the way out the door in the morning?

Also was up late last night and had the TV was on and listening to the infomercials i heart about P90X. Now I've used Power 90 before and I'd recommend it to anyone, its a great work out thats for sure. But I've out worn it, I turn it on and look at it and get bored cos I can do everything so easily and I just cant be fu**ed doing it anymore. So I'm gonna give that a shot and hope it challenges me and helps me out.

Another great day today, really getting into the swing of things. Also told heaps of people I'm on a diet to get fit (for soccer) ^^

Today I hardly ate anything, however I did discover something very tasty. The new KFC Kebab however, to make it just a slightly bit healthier I had no chicken or sauce on it. (And only a slight bit healthier ;)) Cant remember the lettuce like stuff that goes on it but its got garlic, onion and herbs in it. Tastes delicious. (had pineapple on it too just a little bit of grated cheese) I want another =D

Exersize I did today was jogging, soccer, jogging and working really hard (at work not working out). Im pooped. ^^

I think over the last few days I've been a bit lazy, had no work and no soccer thus just lazing around all day. But today I had a soccer match so I got out there and had a bit of a run. Still been eating healthy.

I just weighed myself just then: 105.8. Thats a loss of 2.2kg. Not too bad, but not that great either. Especially considering its my first week, thats when you get the biggest number. But still got 2 days left, I should put in a bit more effort.

I REALLY can't weight to get under 100KG (see what i did thar ;D) It's not far off either, but Im going to be really happy when I get there. Then only a few KG after that and I'll be able to fit into my old work pants, cos I know it was around 95 when I used to fit in them.

Tonight I'm gonna go for a walk, maybe play a bit of Wii too, or DDR. (Dance Dance Revolution)

Now this is the thing I really need to improve on is my late night eating. I dont eat anything fatty or anything (maybe sometimes a slice of pizza tho >_>) But doesnt matter what it is if its at night and im just about to go to sleep then its just gonna turn to fat.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night just because I am hungry.

I know I can eat a big tea or something but what if I dont or cant, is there any way to fill up yet not put weight on? (water maybe, but if im hungry water probably wont do much)
