Thanks Shalimar. Unfortunately I've had a rather naughty weekend. KFC cravings and Fancy breakfasts. Also My sleeping has been horrible lately. Also That Time is coming up. I'm not all that hopeful for tomorrow now.

Well Today wasn't as bad as I thought. Weighed in 500 g loss from last wed and 400g loss from last mon so I'm still on the right track. Unfortunately due to laziness I didn't have breakfast. But for lunch I had hard boiled egg in toast sandwiches and I realise now I should have added lettuce. Silly me. Also had a v small bowl of lite ice cream and choc topping for after noon tea but then later had an apple. Went out for a small walk that was sadly mostly unproductive and a little bit expensive.

Going to start more properly on a Gabriel Method plan come tomorrow. Thought I'd start at the begining of the month. Hopefully will be quite active as I have a convention to plan for and then go too. Lots of walking (and shopping :() for me

Well done on the loss, it just goes to show at times we can over do things a little without huge consequences :) .

Not gonna do what ifs because I don't know what my body needs. When we went to the movies yesterday I only ordered water as well. For 2 movies

Also to be precise weight was 74.2 this morning. Wow a loss this close to That time. I might just get there.

Well I'm sick of just hovering and not really making any progress. I AM going to lose at least 2kg per month. That way By new years I'll be down by 8 hopefully 9 by my 21st. Reading the other threads and seeing Whit3 say something about 8kg. That stuck in my mind. I worked out There's 4 months left of this year including this one. And 2kg per month should be quite doable. So I weighed in at 74.2 on the 31st of August so by the 31st of December I WILL be 66.2kg or less. Stuff it. I'll get rid of those extra 200g in the process as well. So 66kg by 31st December or the 5th of Jan (My 21st). I'm asking for you guys to help keep me on track. Feel free to bug me and remind me about my goal. Please Do

On the plus side I'll be going to a convention this weekend. So lots of walking and I'll probably be jumping up and down with excitement and being hyper. And my wallet will be lighter too :( Though Dad is having a Father's day Brunch at Yum Cha. I will do my best to behave. I wonder what's the healthiest thing to eat. I don't think Japanese food is that bad for you.

Oh wow, your post really struck a chord with me! I know exactly how you feel about the 'hovering', I've been doing the same thing as well over the last couple of months. I decided to get back on track and last month I managed to lose 2kgs. I'm keen to try and lose at least 2kgs per month for the rest of the year, so maybe we can support and motivate each other? I really want to be able to wear something 'nice' this Christmas and New Years Eve, and not always feel so fat and frumpy compared to everyone else!

Also, I think Yum Cha is Chinese? Either way, there should be some healthy things you can eat. Last time I had yum cha, they had a lot of steamed vegetable available, like bok choy etc, and also a lot of simple noodle dishes and meat dishes. Stay away from the deep fried stuff though! Good luck :D

I'll be happy to help you. I'm glad someone can relate. And Yeah Yum Cha probably id Chinese but I'm in Japanese mode at the moment. Steamed vegetables sounds like a good idea. If I can limit my fried stuff I'll reward myself with Mango pudding. Yum Yum. And I will not over eat!

Anyway steopped on the scales and I was 73.1 I could hardly believe it. Looks like a good start for my weight loss goal. If I can maintain that over the weekend and even lose that 100g I will be so Happy.

Well weigh in was 73.8 I'm still happy with that. It's a loss from last monday. I couldn't weigh in yesterday because I was still at my boyfriend's. I'll be at 73kg and less in no time.

Well I think I'm going good. Only lost 100g in 2 days which is better than the 100g gain I almost thought I was gonna have. :) Damn scales teasing me. Of course it's not an offical weigh in but I'm not sure when my next official weigh in might be seeing I won't be home til Tues arvo. Might have to switch to wednesday's weigh ins. I won't use my BF's scales cuz his are like 3 kg's havier. :9

I'm falling asleep during the cd some nights which may or may not be a good thing. I do like listening to it though I think the idea is it's supposed to be subliminal. Having trouble keeping thoughts centred too so far but then again I usually do.

I'm thinking of having a weekly weightloss thread just to have week by week posts after each other. Who knows?

Best wishes to you all.

I'm not sure if I trust the scales anymore. On Sat at 6 am I weighed 70kg which was my first clue then After my shower when I didn't wet my hair I weighed an extra 1.5 kg. They seemed more correct this morning I guess though I gained 200g in 30 seconds yesterday. So yeah maybe I should never have double weighed in. but that 70 was too good to be true.

I've started Tae Kwon Do lessons. Did a trial last night and I'm comfortably aching. So I think I'll continue it. Was worried about the money but I think it's just what I need. I enjoyed it and I definately need the confidence boost.
