You need to stay positive amethyst! 100gm loss is better than a 100gm gain

Thanks Miss Jo. I'm sure you'll see results. And I will make there be results for me too. Even though the small bowl of lite icecream probably didn't help. I had it fairly slowly. In retrospect I probably should have gone for the biscuits even though they're probably not better. We really need more food in the house. Especially healthy. I'll go get something good tomorrow probably.

Yes, Well I now believe "IT IS POSSIBLE" everyone on this forum is amazing! reading other members progresses motivates me to stick to my plans this time! :)

We're only human - just as long as you move on now that you've had the sugar hehe

I need more healthy snacks around too - I am a very big fan of peanut butter! I usually munch on Corn thins with a smear of PB. I looooove it :D and i guess it's better for me than what i usually snack on 8)

Peanut butter is brobably better than some options such as above  hehe. As a child I used to hate peanut butter. Only one in may family who wouldn't eat it. Though I did like those peanut butter cups. So so bad for me) Maybe I should see if I canwill eat it now my taste buds have changed. Provided it's worth it.

Peanut butter accoring to CK is 29 cals per 5g. Is that worth it? It's starting to sound like it is.

Well it's a good thing to keep an eye on. It'll give you an idea of where you're going. At least that's what I've found. Haven't been using it lately though

I found out something terrifying and amazing yesterday. My Sister, who turns 5 tomorrow (Yay) Weighs 18kg. My current weight loss goal is about 19 kg. I have to lose more than my sister in weight. I'm not sure what to think of this.
