OK you guys!
I don't like tracking but if i have you all to answer to i will have to keep it up.
Just came back from Easter holidays feel sick just ate lots of grapes and left over Easter eggs. The rest of the Easter eggs are in the bin.
At the moment i just want to get in the habit of tracking not to fussed on what i eat. If i track i usually eat quite well. If anyone has any helpful hints please let me know!
Tomorrow i am back at work for the day then training in the city for 3 where lunch is provided
Will need to update everything to keep motivated!
I've got my lunch ready for tomorrow.
200g trout steak, will bake
mixed salad leaves
Don't know about breakfast at work tomorrow? Porridge depending on how cold it is????
I start at 7am sit on my butt all day will be leaving at 5 at the latest! Yoga from 5.45-7 Then Rogan josh (homemade) for dinner.
I've also got can of tinned peaches, small amount of left over grapes (
) and wasabi peas and rice crackers for snacks
Hubby is away till Thursday so i'll have a head start.
And i'm going to report back to anyone who will listen!
