Well obviously I can't put any progress in here yet, since its Day 1 of my weightloss journey but thought I'd get started.
I feel like I'm making a commitment to losing weight since I posted on here and hopefully all of you can help to keep me on track, so at least that's a good start!
Haven't had a good eating day today, but since it was late afternoon when I decided to join up I hadn't really planned for this (and today was payday) so I had no healthy food in the house. My food intake today was:
Breakfast - Banana and Watermelon
Lunch - McDonalds - Chicken Caesar Wrap (crispy chicken), small chips, large coke
Snack - Crackers with spinach and pinenut dip
Dinner - Tortellini Carbonara and Pan Bread
Water - None Exercise - None
Some goals I am going to make for myself over the next few weeks are:
1. Drink more water
2. Eat more vegetables
3. Do more exercise
4. Eat breakfast
5. Stop eating takeaway
6. Stop drinking soft drink
Tomorrow (weather permitting) I'm going bushwalking with a friend and I am about to go down to the shops to get some stuff to make a healthy lunch....
