Hi all, I haven't had a chance to weigh or measure recently. We're in the middle of rennovating our kitchen and the house is a total schmozzle! Just letting you all know that I am still on the wagon, haven't fallen off... Although the exercise side of things has dropped... But I am determined to start exercising again this week.. I'll weigh in back once things have settled down again.
Basically I've just cut out the crap foods and got off my bum and started going for walks daily!! I've been keeping track of my calorie intake & exercise on Calorie King which is definitely a big help as well.
I'm feeling so much better, even though I've only lost a little bit of my main goal, but its great, my partner has definitely noticed it as well. I'm loving that all my clothes are looser hehe
