Okay in this topic I will pretty much use it for everything, mainly saying how much I weigh and how much I've lost what I've eaten and how much working out I've done.

    2 Pieces Of Bread, Vegemite.
    Hot Chocolate
    Mince
    Cake

Not a very healthy day... =/

Working Out:
    Walking to shops. 40 Mins
    Sweat Workout. 30 Mins

    Walking/Jogging: 20 Mins

I havnt been able to post in the last couple of days.. grr... But anyway i weighed myself this morning and I weigh 99.8KG. I'm back under 100 yeah. :D

Well done with the weightloss Tom. Wish I could eat like you and lose weight like you!!! I do exercise but not as much as you. Tend to do about 30 mins 5 days a week. Obviously I need to do more. Well done for getting under 100kgs! You should be very proud of yourself.

Thanks Groovychic. I have noticed that I dont want to eat as much as I used to. I used to eat a full can of spagetti (the big one) but now i only eat half of it and feel full. My stomache has gotten smaller as it doesnt need as much food and if I do eat too much i feel really sick. Although working out every day is hard and it gets boring and becomes a chore if i stick to it I'll reach my goal faster which is what I want.
