Ta :D
Yep, the bikkies have managed to not be a problem for a while, even though I haven't put a sign up (which is difficult to do because it's in an area where clients have access to). Must have just tapped into a will power reserve.

Physio has given me "that look" (it's a little like ) and told me to stay away from running for at LEAST a week and to get back into cycling before running. So I went for a ride yesterday - was great but boy has it been a while  my leggies were not happy Jan. And at this stage about 40min is my limit for my back which is a bit of a poo.

Last day of the booty block today, so I gave it my all and boy was I pooped!! Bit boxing session and my arms felt like they may actually fall off LOL, loved it!! Can't wait for Thursday now to see if I get a boxing set for my birthday, and if I don't, I'm buying one!!!

Weight has been the same, but the pants are definitely looser and a good friend said I'm definitely looking slimmer, so yay for booty and yay for me! I won't go back straight away because it's not fitting into my life just now, but I'm thinking after I finish my placement in Burnie I'll go back. Still have to work on the snacking though, but I've got a good little e-mail group to do food/exercise diaries with so hopefully that will keep me on track and kick my sugar habit  .

Love you all and hope you're all well!!

Just letting you all know that I'm still around, just getting a bit hectic again

Weight loss still all over the place and eating has been atrocious - struggling to get control, but I will get there. I've bought a punching bag (that I still need to fill with sand) and gloves and an exercise bike to keep up some high cardio exercise that I can do with my back injury still recovering (So so SLOWLY!!!!).

Hope everyone else is going well! Love to you all.

Great to see you back here, Tegan! I'm sorry to hear that things are so hectic for you. I hope it all settles down soon. The exercise equipment you've got sounds great. I'm sure that it'll have a great impact on your weight loss!

cheers,
Ali

Yep, I know, my promise to be on here once a week has gone out the window - things are not good with uni and I'm run off my feet, so you'll have to just bear with me.

Ok, so eating has not been crash hot - combination of what I believe is a sugar addiction and using food to avoid doing my thesis work

Working on it though.

Slowly working down my sugar addiction.... tis hard and if I have even one little bit of something naughty, it makes life really hard for a day or so. Still having the occasional binge, but limiting it to non chocolate/biscuit etc stuff and seems to be working ok so far.

One little baby step at a time.

Oh, down to 81kg this week. And I had my implanon removed and an IUD (the copper one, not Mirena) fitted... wonder how that will affect things? We shall see... I THINK it's already having an impact on my mood

Hope everyone is well
