Yep, the bikkies have managed to not be a problem for a while, even though I haven't put a sign up (which is difficult to do because it's in an area where clients have access to). Must have just tapped into a will power reserve.
Physio has given me "that look" (it's a little like
) and told me to stay away from running for at LEAST a week and to get back into cycling before running. So I went for a ride yesterday - was great but boy has it been a while
my leggies were not happy Jan. And at this stage about 40min is my limit for my back which is a bit of a poo.
Last day of the booty block today, so I gave it my all and boy was I pooped!! Bit boxing session and my arms felt like they may actually fall off LOL, loved it!! Can't wait for Thursday now to see if I get a boxing set for my birthday, and if I don't, I'm buying one!!!
Weight has been the same, but the pants are definitely looser and a good friend said I'm definitely looking slimmer, so yay for booty and yay for me! I won't go back straight away because it's not fitting into my life just now, but I'm thinking after I finish my placement in Burnie I'll go back. Still have to work on the snacking though, but I've got a good little e-mail group to do food/exercise diaries with so hopefully that will keep me on track and kick my sugar habit
