I have a few other threads happening - but after careful consideration, I decided to change my goal for now and want to update my progress more regularly.
I am aiming for 64kgs (with 5.4kgs to go!!
) to start with... eventually I want to get back down to 55 (but baby steps)
Each day (except weekends, my laptop died, but will post what i can back on Monday) I will post my exercises and what I've been eating! This way I am accountable for everything.
So today I weighed in this morning at 69.4kg...Food:
Breakfast: 2 slices of multigrain toast + light peanut butter
Lunch: Ham, pesto and small bit of goats cheese focaccia
Snack: Small fish cakey thing
Dinner: Rice + Mince pork + steamed veg and oyster sauceExercise:
1 hour of taekwondo
Calorie intake: 1443
Calories burnt: 751
According to CK I should be having 1320 calories per day! Anyway I hope you guys can help kick my tush into action and teach me a bit more about foods!
